Terms and Conditions:
Our rates are per person inclusive of all taxes, fees and service charges.
Single room supplement Euro 10.00
A surcharge of 20% per person and night applies for stays of less than 3 days.
Il Dogs – we accept dogs for a fee of Euro 10.00 per day (without dog food) and only for the room categories "Standard" and "Dolomites"; dogs have no access to the dining room and the sauna area.
Cancellation does not only sound unpleasant, it is unpleasant for you and for us. In case of short-notice cancellations (1 month prior to the date of arrival) and in case of late arrival or early departure we charge 70% of the half board rate for the entire period booked. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment: in cash, with EC card or credit cards (MasterCard, Visa or EuroCard)
Reservations: please send a written confirmation.
Deposit: the receipt of the deposit is considered to be your booking confirmation (€ 150.00 for a double room for a period of one week). The deposit is to be paid by account-only cheque or bank transfer.
Bank data: (IBAN: IT 93 G 08295 58760 000302008467 SWIFT-BIC: RZSBIT21250. Please also state the booking period, your name and "Deposit for room confirmation" in the description field)
Please inform us about your estimated time of arrival; the rooms are reserved until 6 p.m.
The rooms have to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Those travelling by train (up to 4 people) will be picked up at the train station for free.
Travel cancellation insurance: We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. The insurance is also available from our insurance partner.
Children's reductions:
Children up to 1.99 years staying in their parent's room (2 adults) are free of charge. (Cot € 3.00 per day)
Children up to 7.99 years staying in their parent's room (2 adults) receive a reduction of 50%.
Children up to 11.99 years staying in their parent's room (2 adults) receive a reduction of 30%.
Children up to 15.99 years staying in their parent's room (2 adults) receive a reduction of 10%.
