Is the local tax included in your prices?

No. Our prices are per person per day and do not include the local tax of € 2,80 per person per day. It applies from the age of 14 and is paid here on site. For stays of less than five days there is a further surcharge of € 8,00 per person per night.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 3 p.m.: let us know your time of arrival and the room stays reserved until 6 p.m. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 a.m. Railway passengers, up to 2-4 persons, are picked up free of charge at Mühlbach station for stays of at least 5 days.

How much is the deposit and how is it paid?

For a double room for a period of one week the deposit is € 300,00, by bank transfer to IBAN IT07R0585658760002571310528, SWIFT-BIC BPAAIT2B002, or by credit card debit. It confirms the room reservation and makes the booking binding. Please state the period, the person booking and “deposit to confirm the room reservation”.

How can we pay for our stay?

In cash, keeping in mind that the cash limit in Italy is € 999,99 per reservation, or by EC card or credit card (MasterCard, Visa). The deposit that confirms the reservation is handled separately, by bank transfer or credit card debit.

Can we bring our dog?

Unfortunately not: we do not accept pets. Food intolerances and allergies, on the other hand, we do take care of. Please tell us at the time of booking; the surcharge is € 9,00 per day.

What reductions are there for children?

With two guests paying the full rate and the children in their parents' room, the reductions are 60% up to 3,9 years, 50% from 4 to 7,9 years, 40% from 8 to 11,9 years and 20% from 12 to 17,9 years. The third person in the room, over 18, gets 10%.

What does a cancellation cost?

Up to one month before departure, no fee. From 30 to 14 days before, 40% of the booking value; from 13 to 7 days, 70%; in the last week, 90%. For early departure, late arrival or no-show, 90% on the booked, unused days.

In winter the ski bus stops at our entrance, and you can ski right down to our door. In summer the mountain huts of our holiday region serve a good meal until late in the afternoon. Everything starts with a booking, though, and we would rather be clear in advance than leave you with surprises. Summer

Our philosophy is that our guests should experience a happy and carefree holiday. That is why we're extending our breakfast times.
The usual half-board catering will be changed slightly. We offer dinner on 4 evenings a week; additional dinners can be arranged on request.

Our Honesty Bar invites you to take a relaxing break at any time. Drinks, bread rolls, cakes and small snacks can be enjoyed at the self-service at any time and entered into the Honesty Notebook.
In our holiday region, there are numerous mountain huts where you can enjoy a delicious meal until late afternoon; our 3 partner restaurants (within easy walking distance) are also looking forward to your visit.
There are also summer evenings in the village and in the surrounding area where food and drink are offered

Cancellation and Travel Cancellation

There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code – however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

up to 1 month before departure - no cancellation fee
30 days to 14 days before departure - 40% of the booking value
13 days to 7 days before departure - 70% of the booking value
in the last week before departure - 90% of the booking value

In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show cancellation fees of 90% will be charged on the booked, unused days.
