Our kitchen follows the seasons: B&B in summer, half board in winter

From the panoramic dining room the view runs out to the mountains around Maranza, and this is where the warm dishes come to the table in the evening. Our kitchen changes with the seasons: in summer we mainly operate as a B&B and serve warm dishes on 4 evenings per week. Additional dinners can be arranged on request. During selected summer weeks, we can also offer half board with 1–2 restaurant rest days per week. In winter, we offer half board.

Summer

In summer, we cook on 4 evenings per week

In the summer season we are a B&B. Start the day with our generous breakfast, which carries you through long days in the fresh mountain air. On 4 evenings per week, we also prepare dinner and serve warm dishes in our panoramic dining room. Additional dinners can be arranged on request, including for groups. During selected summer weeks, we can also offer half board with 1–2 restaurant rest days per week. Feel free to contact us to find out what is available for your preferred travel dates.

Explore the nature around the house, hike through the picturesque landscape of the surrounding area, or simply relax in our cosy guest area.

Winter

In winter, dinner is waiting after your day in the snow

In winter the B&B becomes a cosy half-board house. Start the day with our generous breakfast buffet before gliding down the slopes or enjoying other winter activities. After an exciting day in the snow you can look forward to our dinner, served in a charming atmosphere. We take care of the rest, so you feel at home and can enjoy your stay in Maranza in the Puster Valley to the fullest.

Home cooking in a family-run guesthouse

What comes to the table are simple dishes, regional products and South Tyrolean specialities, cooked for the guests who stay with us. This is South Tyrol as we know it, and it starts with the food: personal hospitality, fair prices, no unnecessary luxury. We are not a big hotel, and we are not trying to be one.
